“The greatest gift we can give Georgia’s children is a quality K – 12 education which prepares them for a lifetime of opportunity and affords them the ability to provide for themselves and their families. Early learning and literacy development are fundamental to educational success. As Lt. Governor, I’ll prioritize retaining highly-efficient educators, increasing Pre-K access statewide, and increasing economic opportunity so that less students face impoverished conditions that suppress learning.”

Geoff Duncan, Lieutenant Governor

Geoff Duncan is Georgia’s 12th Lt. Governor and the father of three boys who attend public schools in Forsyth County. As a parent, Geoff has seen firsthand how access to high-quality early learning opportunities and top teaching talent fuels success throughout a student’s educational career.
